Freight work, wash jobs and employment are agreed directly with us, not through this page.
Operational details change. Confirm before you rely on them.
Wash prices are published with the date they took effect and can change; driver roles live on Seek. Confirm anything your trip depends on.

This website is operated by Hills Tankers Pty Ltd, ABN 17 065 209 707, head office at 26 Yilen Close, Beresfield NSW 2322. Hills Truck Wash is a registered business name of the same company, so these terms cover the truck wash pages too.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, the site isn't for you, though the phone still works: 02 4918 5888. When we change the site in a way that changes these terms, we update this page and the date at the top.

What you can rely on, and what to confirm first
We keep this site in step with the business, but trucks move faster than web pages. Here is where each kind of information actually lives, and how to confirm it before it matters.

What this website does
A brochure and a front counter, nothing more
This site exists to tell you what Hills Tankers does and to start a conversation. As built, it:
- Describes our transport solutions, depots, truck wash and driver careers
- Takes enquiries through the contact form and open applications through the expression of interest form
- Points to our live job listings on Seek and our pages on Facebook and LinkedIn
Just as importantly, here is what this website does not do, so no clause below pretends otherwise:
- No accounts, logins or restricted areas
- No online payments and nothing for sale on the site itself
- No online bookings; wash jobs are arranged by phone
- No binding quotes; freight is quoted and agreed directly, in writing
Sending an enquiry or an expression of interest creates no contract for carriage and no offer of employment. It starts the conversation where those things get agreed properly.

Our words, photos and marks
The text on this site is ours. The photographs of trucks, depots and people are of our own fleet and our own team, and are ours or used with permission. Browse, read, print or share them in the ordinary way; reusing them commercially or republishing them needs our written permission first.
The Hills Tankers name and logo, and the Hills Truck Wash and Hills Parcels business names, belong to Hills Tankers Pty Ltd. Ask before you use them: enquiries@hillstankers.com.au.
Stories we summarise, not copy
Some items in our news section summarise coverage of Hills Tankers by others, including Volvo Trucks Australia, Prime Mover Magazine and Big Rigs. We name the source and link to the original where we can; the original articles remain their publishers' copyright.
Quotes from our own people are reproduced with attribution to where they first appeared.
What you send through our forms
When you send an enquiry, an expression of interest or a CV, you confirm it's accurate and yours to send. We use it to deal with your enquiry or application and for nothing else.
How that information is stored and handled is set out in our Privacy Policy, which works alongside these terms.
Using the site fairly
Use the site and its forms for genuine enquiries and applications. Don't submit unlawful, misleading or abusive material, don't impersonate someone else, and don't interfere with the site or try to gain access you're not meant to have.
