Built for a safety-critical industry
Carrying fuel and dangerous goods is exacting work, and our whole operation is set up to respect that. Going beyond legal and industry standards is the benchmark we set ourselves.
- NHVAS-accredited Safety Management System tracking training, maintenance and safety across the fleet.
- Real-time GPS tracking and dashcams monitoring routes as they happen, for oversight, accountability and training.
- Fatigue and Distraction Management programs alongside real-time driver monitoring.
- Cargo Risk Management that acknowledges and mitigates the inherent risks of hazardous loads.

The Hill family story
From a Maitland fuel distributorship to a national carrier
Paul and Netta Hill bought into the Maitland Esso Fuel Distributorship in 1960. Sixty-five years of hard work later, the company is still 100% family owned, run by Andrew and Vicki Hill from our purpose-built Beresfield head office.
The milestones tell the story: Brisbane in 2007, Mackay in 2011, the 40,000 square metre Beresfield facility in 2015, Townsville in 2021 and Adelaide in 2025.
