Where the fuel goes
Service stations, terminals and mine sites
Service stations and retail
Scheduled bulk fuel deliveries to service stations and retail outlets, metro and regional. Most of that work happens while the site keeps trading around the truck, which is why the drivers doing it are dangerous goods licensed, Safe Load Program carded and put through full training with us first.
Our customers are representative of the major petroleum and resource companies in Australia. In this trade you keep contracts by turning up, on spec, every time.

Mine sites and regional runs
Bulk fuel out to mine sites is standing work on the schedule, particularly from our Queensland depots, and the regional runs behind it are the reason the fleet includes 30 metre A-Doubles and AB and Triple Road Trains. Long distances, big volumes, hard country: it suits us.
Since Townsville opened in 2021, the network reaches up the east coast and out to the NT border and Gulf Country.
Day and night
Loaded at the terminal, scheduled from the depot
Fuel moves when your sites need it, not when it suits the carrier. Loads lift from the fuel terminals and run on rotating day and night shifts, with fleet operations managed from each depot rather than a central call centre, and oversight from strategically located regional centres.
If you need after hours assistance, call our Brisbane depot on 07 3860 9301.
- Rotating day and night shifts across the network
- Scheduling run from each depot, close to the work
- Real-time GPS tracking and dashcams across the fleet
- After hours line: Brisbane depot, 07 3860 9301
Pit stop on a regional run: Gunnedah, NSW.
From a single semi to a Triple Road Train
The fleet runs tri-axle semi-trailers, truck and quad-dog, 19 and 25 metre B-Doubles, 30 metre A-Doubles, and AB and Triple Road Trains. Your site access, drop size and the run decide the rig: tell us the job and we'll spec the combination.
Chain of Responsibility
Our compliance is your compliance
Under Chain of Responsibility law, everyone in a fuel movement carries a share of it, consignor and receiver included. When you buy cartage, you are buying the carrier's systems as much as the truck.
Our Safety Management System is NHVAS accredited, holding driver training, vehicle maintenance and safety performance in one auditable record. Behind it sit dedicated fatigue and distraction management and cargo risk management programs, and real-time monitoring across the fleet.

Since 1960
Fuel first, from the first day
The Hill family bought into the Maitland Esso fuel distributorship in 1960, and for 35 years sold fuel as well as carting it. When the fuel sales side went to Mobil in 1995, the family kept the part of the business it had always been best at: the tankers.
Everything since, from Brisbane in 2007 to the new Adelaide depot, has been built on that trade. Carting petroleum since 1960 is not a marketing line here; it is the family's working life, and the full story is worth the read.

Straight answers
What freight buyers ask us
Are you licensed for dangerous goods?
Yes. Bulk fuel is dangerous goods work and the whole operation is set up for it: DG-licensed drivers, an NHVAS-accredited safety management system, and fatigue, mass and cargo risk programs behind them. The detail is on our dangerous goods page.
Where do you deliver?
From depots at Beresfield (our NSW head office), Brisbane, Mackay, Townsville and Adelaide, covering the eastern and central freight corridors of Australia, and up the east coast to the NT border and Gulf Country.
Do you run at night?
Yes. Our drivers work rotating day and night shifts, so deliveries land when the site needs them. After hours, the Brisbane depot answers on 07 3860 9301.
What volumes can you move?
From a tri-axle semi-trailer up to 30 metre A-Doubles and Triple Road Trains: we match the combination to your site access and drop size. See the fleet and combinations page for the full run-down.
Can you supply mine sites?
Yes. Bulk fuel to mine sites is standing work for us, particularly out of the Queensland depots, with road train combinations for the long runs.
How do we get pricing?
Send a freight enquiry with the product, volumes and sites, and the team at Beresfield head office will come back to you. Or call 02 4918 5888 and talk it through first.
