The Hills family business was established in 1960 by Paul and Netta Hill, with the purchase of the Maitland Esso Distributorship. Built on the foundations of strong family values, hard work and integrity, Hills Tankers has become a leading regional carrier and logistics service provider.
The company is 100% owned by Andrew and Vicki Hill. Andrew and Vicki have built a cohesive team of the very best, most experienced and skilled professionals from IT to materials handling.
Our Maintenance team consists of a Fleet Maintenance Manager, 4 Coordinators and 3 full time mechanics.
Our Safety Team consists of a HSSE Manager, Compliance Team, Training Team plus a Driver Trainer Lead and 4 full time Driver Trainers.
Our Operations team is led by our Chief Operations Officer, overseeing a National Operations Manager and an Operations Support Lead, 4 Depot managers, 11 schedulers and 230 Drivers.
With the engagement of a highly trained and skilled workforce, an extensive distribution and infrastructure network, advanced fleets and assets, technologically efficient back-office support and a leadership team that provides significant knowledge and experience – Hills Tankers is in good stead for another 60 years.
